Guide to Enjoying Jugglefest 2012!

Important Places
All official festival events are at Washington University in St. Louis (WUSTL)

The gym
On Friday, the gym will be in McMillan Cafe in McMillan Hall
On Saturday, the gym will be in McMillan Cafe and expand to include McMillan Courtyard (weather permitting), with workshops and overflow in Mallinckrodt Center (Schoenberg Gallery and The Gargoyle on the lower level)
On Sunday, the gym will be in the South Campus Gym located just south of main campus. 6510 Clayton Road, St. Louis, MO.

The Renegade Show will be in Brown 100 The Juggling Showcase will be in May Auditorium (lower level of Simon Hall) Delmar Loop

“One of the ten best streets in America!” Just a ten minute walk from campus
Has a variety of shops, theatres, restaurants, etc.

Forest Park

Huge park with lots of free stuff including a zoo!

The Arch

The gateway to the midwest and a St. Louis landmark
In downtown St. Louis, you can go up to the top if you’d like

Subway (in the Mallinckrodt Center by the bookstore, across the quad from the gym)
Danforth University Center, called the DUC (pronounced “duck” if you’re asking for directions), also across the quad from the gym

You can buy a three day pass if you’d like
Wash U station: University City - Big Bend
To get to the gym: When you get off, you’ll see a stone wall thing with “Washington University in St. Louis Danforth Campus” on it. Walk down Big Bend so that you pass this, turn left onto Snow Way Dr. (this will be the first street on the left). Walk down the street past the parking garage until you see the second set of stairs on the right (before the construction). Walk up the stairs to the top, and hang a left. Walk straight down the left side of the quad and you’ll see McMillan Hall on the left (the first building after the construction, enter through a small arch on the far side of the building). Mallinckrodt is the ugly building across the quad made mostly of concrete (behind Umrath Hall). Ask a Wash U student if you don’t know where to go.

To go to Forest Park, get off at Skinker or Forest Park - DeBaliviere. To go to the Arch, get off at Arch - Laclede’s Landing To go to the airport get off at the appropriate Lambert Airport terminal Contact Us!

Festival Schedule

Friday

Festival starts at 4PM in McMillan Cafe (McMillan Hall) for open juggling!
Gym closes at 10PM for Renegade show.
FREE Renegade show at 10:30 in Brown 100!

Saturday

Gym opens at 9AM in McMillan Cafe/Courtyard AND Mallinckrodt Center.
Workshops start at 11AM in Mallinckrodt Center’s Schoenberg Gallery. (Workshop schedule to be posted soon, if you would like to lead a workshop, contact Max Wasserman, maxwaz91@gmail.com)
FREE PB&J sandwiches all day in McMillan Cafe.
Tech Rehearsal from 2-6PM (Open juggling and workshops continue)
McMillan Cafe and Mallinckrodt Center close for Juggling Showcase at 6PM
Doors open for Juggling Showcase at 6:30PM in May Auditorium (Simon Hall)

Hey so this was really fun to make! We had talked about making a video together for a while but now we finally took 12 hours and shot it! it was particularly cool to have pat showing all his hot shit since he works really hard and makes so much new stuff but doesn’t really do videos. really fun to see people freak out about his ring stack stuff!

i have been juggling with Tony a lot the last few months and seeing his kick ass tricks. i get a little scared actually because he makes so much good stuff so often that i think he may forget about some before they get used for anything. he probably thinks i’m a pain sometime when i’m like ”did you write that down?” ”did you film that tony??” it’s just so good!

I can’t believe I forgot to reblog this when it happened. “The Hype” is a totally awesome video and Tony totally rocks in it!
